Glenn Belcher
Glenn Belcher joined Gogerty Stark Marriott as chief financial officer
in 1997. Bringing a wealth of organizational, accounting, and human
resource skills, Belcher manages efficient and cost-effective accounting,
purchasing and billing systems. Belcher has streamlined the company's
billing process and re-tooled the company's employee benefits package.
Glenn is highly skilled in working with project managers to estimate
appropriate budget proposals for new projects, maintain detailed
tracking of client budgets as projects progress and in working with
clients' accounting personnel regarding project billings.
With more than 15 years experience in organizational development,
customer relations, and contract administration, Belcher has been
responsible for departmental planning and management; performing
day-to-day management of complex multi-product order entry systems
with annual sales volumes between $50 and $200 million; and
management of projects from sale to collection of retainage ranging
from $100,000 to $500,000. Belcher is also highly proficient in
contract management and negotiations with both private and
government entities.
Prior to joining Gogerty Stark Marriott, Belcher worked as an
administrator for Coastal Environmental Systems where he managed
the purchasing, contract administration and customer service
departments for more than six years. He also served in similar capacities
for Advanced Technologies Laboratories, Quinton Instrument Company
and Phoenix Control Systems.
Belcher is a University of Washington graduate who also holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
